　隆鼻術後要儘快恢復自然，術後的護理非常重要。

　　1、隆鼻術後傷口塗抗生素油膏，暴露，不包紮，會有少量滲血，可用消毒棉纖輕輕搽去，切不可用不清潔的東西接觸傷口，以免污染。

　　2、手術後3小時內傷口就會停止滲血。若傷口積存血痂可於手術24-48小時內，用3%的雙氧水輕輕洗去，再用生理鹽水清洗一遍，塗少量藥膏，或撒布消炎粉讓傷口保持乾燥，等待自行癒合，5-7天拆線。

　　3、手術後取半臥位休息，以利血液迴圈；第一天不要低頭，以防出血；第兩、三天可進流食，不要吃刺激性食物。

　　4、手術後1-2小時開始腫脹，24小時左右達到高峰，48小時後停止，72小時開始消退，逐漸再現原形。

　　由於面部血循環豐富，創傷之後腫脹較劇，但腫而不疼，消退也快。這與手術操作粗暴，創傷大，出血，病人凝血機制缺陷等因素有關。不過絕大多數人術後腫脹都不重。一般10天左右基本上就變得比較自然了，甚至看不出做過隆鼻手術；恢復進展較慢的，大致要2－3個星期，才完全變得和正常人的鼻子一樣。
